With set of comic situations and a stellar cast, the police-inspired series hooked the viewers among the active population as well as all other target groups.
The Bulgarian viewers (4+) preferred to watch “Suburban Cops”, broadcasted by NOVA on Friday night, with an audience share of 23,1%, compared to the other most watched national channel – bTV.
The choice of the active population in Bulgaria aged 18 to 49-years-old is even more definite - 1/3 of the people (33,6%) chose the cops’ series which is 2 times higher than the score of the competitor during the same time.
What’s more, the data shows that the hilarious policemen situations are preferred by the young people aged 18 to 34-years. The share of the comedy series by NOVA among this target is the highest, scoring 38,7% and almost 3 times more than the share of bTV in the same time slot.
The season finale episode of the first Bulgarian police comedy grabbed the audience’s attention on Friday night with 32,1% of the active population being with 62% higher than the score of the competitor during the same time.
